Refund policy
Many of our items are warrantied by the manufacture, and can be replaced by our supplier, if a problem is found within a reasonable time.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hirevzllc@gmail.com.
If the product is shipped to you directly from our supplier, some of those suppliers can help you with a return, but there will be a 20% Restocking Fee, please contact us by email and we can see if that can be arranged.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hirevzllc@gmail.com within 5 days after receiving your order with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Refunds/Exchanges will not be issued for fitment issues. There is no guarantee on fitment of your specific application.
Refund/Exchange Requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an Refund/Exchange:
● Product is defective/damaged
● Product must be in original packaging
● Product must be unused
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the
product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel orders if they have not been shipped. If an order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Order cancellations will be subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee. No matter how you pay for your order, we are charged transaction fees on each one. If the order is canceled, those fees still have to be paid. Please contact us by email at hirevzllc@gmail.com to see if your order can be canceled, some orders process immediately and may have already shipped, even though the automated notice from our system has not yet been sent to you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hirevzllc@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
I forgot to add in a discount code, can it be added after the order has been placed?
I‘m sorry, once an order is received and shipped, it cannot be adjusted. Also orders will not be canceled due to oversight of a discount code not being used.
Sale and Clearance Items:
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
